Today my blog is about how to make banana cake.I love banana cake even though I don't like bananas itself.I hope you have fun making the banana cake and eating it.
Ingredients;
1. 2-3 bananas
2. 70 grams of sugar
3. 60 grams of butter
4. 2 eggs
5. 150 grams of flour
6. 1 teaspoon of baking powder
7. rectangular baking tray with high walls
8. baking paper
Instruction;
1. You put baking paper lined into the baking tray. 2.Get 60 grams of butter. 3.Then soften the butter in the microwave. 4.Once butter is soft put 70 grams of sugar into the bowl with the butter. 5.Stir the butter and the sugar until they are combined well. 6. Mash the bananas until they are mushy. 7. Put the bananas into the bowl that has the sugar and flour. 8. Crack both eggs into the bowl. 9. Stir the ingredients for about 1-2 mins. 10. Sift the flour with 1 teaspoon of baking powder added. 11. After you have added the flour and baking powder stir until it is not powdery and you can not see and powder anywhere in the bowl. 12. pour the mixture into the rectangular tray. 13. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. 14. Put the tray into the oven and leave it there to bake for 40 mins.

Kia Ora Justin. Thanks for sharing this delicious recipe. If you have any pictures I would love to see them. I like how you included all of the ingredients and instructions. I think I might use this recipe myself. I made a banana cake last week. It was ok but it was not delicious. Did you add any icing? What flavour? Oh I'm getting hungry thinking about it!

I like how you included ingredients and put 1. 2. 3. onto your steps. I wonder next time you have a line for each step so it's easier to follow.
