 Today I while I was reading I learnt what the word signature dish means.Signature dish means a dish only the chef alone knows how to make.A signature dish also means if someone else tries to make someone else's dish it won't look the same,taste the same,smell the same and it won't be the same texture.The book a read to learn this was called Pasta Disaster!The book is about a kid going to a cooking show and trying to make a signature dish.At the end he is able to be in the show because his signature dish is his own signature.I really enjoyed reading the book.

I hope I can cook like those kids on tv.
